    Generac Mobile Products– Work with the leader in the power industry! Our office in Berlin, WI is seeking a Recruiter I.

    The Recruiter I is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent.  This position will interface daily with the Leadership Team to provide exceptional support in securing top talent for assigned functions. This position reports to the SR Human Resource Manager

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Recruit for assigned functional areas including hourly workforce, interns and non-manager level professional positions.
    Responsible for the gathering information and updating social media sites for the recruiting team.
    Responsible for candidate care of on-site interviews.


    Source and pre-screen candidates for HR Rep and others in critical areas as assigned.


    Utilize web-based applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and post job openings.


    Prepare offer letters, pre-employment activities, and post-hire documentation.


    Schedule phone screens and on-site interviews for candidates including coordination with interview teams, company resources, and travel department.


    Manage confidential and personal identifying information.


    Provide timely reports to Managers and Directors.


    Ensure proper documentation meets compliance of the recruitment process.


    Assist with the University Relations Program by confirming participation at career fairs and job postings.


    Monitor and manages the employee referral program.


    Conduct relative internet research as requested to support projects and program initiatives.


    Responsible for managing social media campaigns.


    Responsible for managing the Awards Program and community outreach.


    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

     
    Associates Degree in Human Resources, Marketing or related field OR 4 years related experience in the Human Resources and/or Recruiting function within a similar working environment;


    2 plus years of experience in recruiting or sourcing candidates.

     

    Additional Qualifications:

     

    Experience handling confidential information;


    Experience working in a customer service environment;


    Effective verbal and written communication skills;


    Ability to interface with all levels of the organization as well as all levels of external candidates;


    Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

     

    Bachelor’s Degree;


    Experience working in Human Resources field;


    Experience working with an applicant tracking system.
