The Account Manager – International is responsible for identifying market opportunities for Generac products and determining distribution structure and channels. This role identifies, assesses, attracts and negotiates with potential partners in Retail and Hardware channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience;
· 3 years’ experience working with retail accounts in Hardware and/or tool channels.
· 3 years’ experience in international logistics and customs requirements.
* Fluency in Spanish
· Experience in markets in the region
· Proven business planning, budgeting, and P&L skills
· Effective presentation skills; effective negotiation skills
· Strategic selling, training, or consultative sales experience a plus
· Global selling experience preferred
· Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP.
