    Generac Power Systems – Work with the leader in the power industry! Our office in Whitewater, WI is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator.


    The Recruiting Coordinator provides exceptional customer service to hiring managers and candidates, as well as administrative support, organization and coordination of a fast-paced recruiting team in a growing organization. This position reports directly to the HR Manager.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Schedule phone screens and on-site interviews for our candidates including coordination with interview teams, company resources, and travel department.
    • Utilize web-based applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and post job openings.
    • Prepare offer letters, pre-employment activities, and post-hire documentation.
    • Manage confidential and personal identifying information.
    • Provide timely reports to Managers and Directors.
    • Ensures proper documentation of the recruitment process to ensure compliance. 
    • Conduct relative internet research as requested to support projects and program initiatives.


    Basic Qualifications:

    • Associates Degree in a related field;
    • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in a fast pace high energy work environment;
    • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates;
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint;
    • Experience working with confidential information;
    • Strong customer service experience;
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills;
    • Experience working in a Human Resources Department highly desirable;
    • Prior experience working with an applicant tracking database.


    Physical Demands:  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.  The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.  On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.  The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job include are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
