    Generac Power Systems – Work with the leader in the power industry! Our office in Waukesha, WI is seeking a  Marketing Web Developer to join their dynamic team. In this key role you will contribute to the design, development, and programming of Generac’s marketing websites.


    • Responsible for leading the development and ongoing maintenance of content and page layouts on Generac websites using Kentico on behalf of the Digital Marketing team.
    • Interface with Marketing leaders to define and implement strategy to enhance user experience based on data analysis and industry standards
    • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Team to test and analyze web pages using appropriate tools and technologies.
    • Develop and Debug new and existing web applications.
    • Work closely with vendors to ensure technical requirements are met.
    • Work closely with Director of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager to communicate status of projects.
    • Implement analytics and tracking codes on websites.
    • Investigate, document, and share best practices for Kentico CMS development
    • Work closely with members of IT team



    Basic Qualifications:

    • Associate degree in Computer Science, Marketing or related field with applicable experience –. Bachelor’s degree, preferred
    • Minimum 5 – 7 years of proven experience in web programming, preferably in a marketing department; Minimum 9 years experience with no associates degree.
    • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, Javascript/jQuery, XML;
    • Hands-on enterprise-level Content Management System experience especially with development and troubleshooting expertise
    • Experience integrating website analytics and tracking codes in a CMS
    • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop;
    • Experience in designing website page layouts and graphics
    • Familiarity with front-end / back-end website integrations
