Generac Power Systems – Work with the leader in the power industry! Our office in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Manager.
The Continuous Improvement Project Manager is responsible for the design, leadership, training, coaching and implementation of the Generac Manufacturing System and improvements across the Generac production facilities. The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead and manage the deployment of Generac tools, methodologies, standards and processes utilizing customer demand operating principles across the facility. Delivers practical, hands-on training to associates in lean methodology and tools to eliminate waste in all administrative, operations and support functions. Develop and execute strategies that improve overall business results. Overall responsibility for coordinating and leading team members cross-functionally and with multiple facilities to meet or exceed company business objectives.
