Overview

Generac Power Systems – Work with the leader in the power industry! Our office in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator.  In this key role you will be responsible for administration  support for the Service Operations Group and will act as a cross functional liaison between all Generac departments and subsidiaries. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct webinars on functionality of our Service and Warranty website portals for our Servicing Dealer Community
  • Enter Service, Warranty and Technical bulletins on website portals
  • Maintain Intranet Apps for the Service Operations Team
  • Manage Annual Registrations for our Servicing Dealer Application
  • Lead efforts for executing dealer service agreements
  • Work as liaison to IT department for service portals and coordinate testing for changes in Service program portals
  • SuperUser for SAP with expertise in the service portals functionalities
  • Serve as subject matter expert for new programs
  • Develop and distribute monthly newsletter to our Service Dealer Network
  • Act as On-boarding Coordinator for Service Operations team
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Associates Degree and 3 years experience in similar administrative or coordination role or 5 years experience in lieu of degree
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn service operations offerings on an escalated pace
  • Associates degree

 

Physical Demands:  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.  The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.  On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.  The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job include are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
