Generac Power Systems – Work with the leader in the power industry! We are expanding our Project Management team at our Corporate HQ in Waukesha, WI, and are adding two additional Project Managers for 2018!
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing all product development activities including new product introductions, cost reduction, technology/research, and lifecycle product support. The position requires excellent technical and cross-functional product development knowledge coupled with superior people leadership skills, proficiency in quality systems, functional and program management experience and business planning expertise. This position works closely with Product Management and other functional leaders in the company (engineering, service, manufacturing operations, supply chain, marketing, quality, IT, finance) and is responsible for providing leadership and management for projects supporting a Generac business area / product line.
This leadership role is responsible for devising and effectively implementing product development project plans which ensure superior products for Customers, while also fostering and rewarding innovation and creativity within project management and all involved departments.
