Generac Power Systems – Work with the leader in the power industry! Our Headquarters in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Corporate Quality Project Manager to join our Operations Excellence team!
The Corporate Quality Project Manager is responsible for implementing and overseeing the Generac Quality Management System across assigned production facilities to drive capable, predictable and repeatable processes. This role is the voice of the customer and acts as the quality liaison for satisfaction relative to product and service quality. This role is responsible for driving quality improvement activities to improve customer experiences from time of event through root cause investigation while delivering world class service to our customers. Additionally, the Corporate Quality Project Manager needs to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, product develop groups and the sales channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job include are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Travel 20 – 30% of the time.
