This position is responsible for maintaining all HR systems and their integrity and configuration. The Sr. Analyst will be support of the HR operations and customer excellence and lead back office activities including analytics, testing, implementation process for Generac’s Human Resources system portfolio, including, but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Learning Management, and Compensation and Benefits. This position also develops and provides quality analytics and metrics aligned with business processes to provide useful information for HR and other business leaders. Additionally, this position ensures integrity of HRIS data; serves on related committees; and acts as a knowledge resource for the HRIS systems for HR staff and system users.
